We have booked 2 deluxe room in the hotel and by mistakenly it’s been chosen 2 adults. So we request them to accommodate 4 members as due to website error from Agoda selected 2 adults inspite of we selected 4. They straightly refuse even Hotel owner Mr. Ashish Jaiswal came and inform to the receptionist not to allow us until we didn’t pay extra charges.And that to happen at 11:00 pm where we came to Prayagraj for my father Asthi visarjan. We request them many times to owner that we have came from long way 800 km kindly adjust as they can accommodate 2 person in single room. But owner doesn’t show any empathy on reply we don’t have any empathy in business only money matter.We also try to alter our accommodation through Agoda they ask us to visit property and request them they will accommodate, we have attached screen shot of that, even we call to hotel manager on prior to booked date and he also confirmed that he will accommodate it. But at time of check in he was not there and no body there to accept the it. Mr. Ashish Jaiswal asking us for recording that to pathetic that how we can provide him the recording of the discussion we had with the hotel manager.Unfortunately that was very bad experience.
