No bottled water, towels, soap, or shampoo were provided. The bathroom door was broken. There was no reception at night, which was frightening because no security was present and anyone could access the hotel floor. There was no intercom. The TV did not work. The furniture was in poor condition. The staff were rude. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was poor, but everything else was acceptable.

Room booking kiye 19 April ko, bed sheet yellow colour ki mili. Bed par change karne ko bola to kaha sab bed sheet aise hi hain. Payment liye the, 10 min bhi nahi rukke, turant hi check out kar diye. Jisne booking kiya tha, bola payment return karwa denge, jab message kiya to aaj kar denge, shaam mein kar denge, sirf taal rahe hain. Ab message karo to seen tak nahi karte. Nahi return karna hai to saaf mana kar do, nahi denge, asra dene ki kya zarurat hai.
