This hotel is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I went there for check-in, but they refused without any proper reason. The staff behavior was very rude and unprofessional. They kept arguing unnecessarily instead of helping politely. Very disappointing service and poor customer handling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen. Would have been better if I went to old Dharamshala. Bedsheet was not changed even after 2 hours into check in . Only one light in the room. Lift is off most of the times int he day. And strange people kept knocking on the door ( maybe thief or blackmailers who knows). Electricity was cutting off multiple times and I had exams next day. Please do yourself a favour and take hotel in Rambagh area or something. Never take Oyo hotels anywhere.

Never really used the word "che" ever when entered any room in my life...but it was...horrible staff, terrible hygiene, unflushed toilets , wine stained mattresses offered to sleep, even when the staff changed they were like "koi baat nahi kar deta hoon" this shouldn't be a hotel's prep while offering the guests that too at night. On top the walls of the room all stained washroom not cleaned since weeks all yellow slippery stained. TERRIBLE!!! Location Terrible!!!!!!!!!
