I have stayed in many hotel but this was my worst experience, before booking the room i was gone through all the reviews of few hotels and as per the reviews i booked this one which was my worst decision due to some reasons1. Room size was too small2. Blanket, pillow, bedsheet all was too dirty then i asked them to change and they changed it with a torned one which you can see in the images 3. Look at how unprofessionally they have placed the Tv, i never saw this in any hotel that the Tv is hanging like this which looks too cheap 4. Just look at the condition of the bed which is broken5. There is a lift in the hotel but that doesn't work because its broken and you have only option of using stairs either you have to go on 1st floor or 3rd or any else, either you are young or a old person still you'll have to use your leg so make sure it should be strong enough6. Even the second main gate which is there before the stairs was broken. I guess they don't know about maintenance and it seems like hotel is just being used since it constructed and they never thought about putting some money back into the hotel for maintenance of lift, bed or stains on the wall everywhere around the bed side.I asked them to change my room with some good one but they said that all rooms are same like this only, the photo which are displayed by the hotel are totally fakeAlso they ask you for review in front of them at the time of check out and that's why people don't give bad reviews and i guess that is the reason why there are so many good reviews instead of being this bad. genuinely the hotel is not worth visiting, go with any townhouse branch instead
Cleaning issue and lift not working

Couple • India • Jul 2026The hotel was awful and the lift was not functioning at all, bed was terrible very dirty bead spreads, no towels, no water for drinking. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
