Very Bad ExperienceI had a very bad experience with this booking. The room was extremely small, had a dirty smell, and there was not even a single window. The booking was made with breakfast included, but there was no proper option or arrangement for breakfast. Even basic facilities such as tea or drinking water were not available.The most frustrating part was the lack of customer support. I could not find any proper customer-care option on Agoda to raise my complaint.Moreover, the location shown on Agoda was incorrect. I spent around 1.5 hours trying to find the actual property location.Additionally, I do not know how to get a refund for the breakfast amount that I already paid during the booking, as it was not provided.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property or booking experience to others. Agoda should also improve its customer-support system and ensure that property locations and listed facilities are accurate.
