The location of the hotel is somewhat weird. The front office / entrance is in the basement of the building with a single entrance and exit.Could not find any emergency exit in case of fire.Hopefully fire department has given the clearance.The A.C.in the room was leaking with water.Most importantly the room number 502, has no privacy as the bed is clearly visible as soon as you open the door.The staff however was courteous and polite.

Solo Traveller • Aug 2026I booked in Agoda, i got Booking ID, when I went to Swagath grand they told there system does not show any booking and their rooms are full, I told them I booked using Agoda,they said they take commision ask them, I have an phone number to contact in email, they said we are from Swagath grand And talk to Mani kapoor, reception says they don't abt booking and booking id does not match with there data, i had confirmed receipt and Booking ID in email from Agoda.
The food quality and flavor were very poor; street food tastes much better.
