Enjoyed a wonderful Sadya at Hotel Swagath! 🌿 The meal was abundant, attractively arranged, and featured all the familiar comforting tastes of a classic Kerala Sadya. The selection was extensive, the dishes were fresh and tasty, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. A must-try for anyone wanting a genuine Sadya experience in Kolkata. ❤️

Stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The room had bed bugs crawling in the blanket and cockroaches were also present in the room. At night, they were spraying insect repellent in the corridor, and the smell was coming into the room, making it difficult to sleep.Because of the bed bug issue, I had to shift rooms at 2 AM, which was extremely inconvenient. When I raised the concern, there was no discount or proper compensation offered. The response was that out of 54 rooms only one room had bed bugs, but there were clearly multiple bed bugs in my room, not just one.This issue did not seem recent and looks like it has been there for quite some time. A hotel should maintain basic cleanliness and hygiene, and unfortunately this property failed badly on that front. I would not recommend staying here until the pest issue is fully resolved.
