If you enjoy being deceived, paying high prices for disappointment, and constantly being financially exploited, this is the place for you! I called ahead to confirm the pool was included, and they assured me it was. When I arrived, the pool looked like a deserted scene from a post-apocalyptic film. It was completely unusable, and they even tried to charge extra for it. I saw another family ask about it, and the staff just shrugged and expected payment. To add insult to injury, I made a small typo in my booking, selecting 1 adult instead of 2. It didn't affect the room or resources, but management still charged me extra, seizing the chance to make more money. They promise a lot over the phone, but once they have your card, it's a constant effort to take more from you. Pros: The exit doors function. Cons: Everything else. Save your money and stay anywhere else.

Rooms are good... Kuldeep organized a nice dinner and breakfast... the staff are very friendly.
