Couple • India • Dec 2025I had booked rooms for me and my family when I went to the hotel, I have noticed that my room was not cleaned from last checkout. There was a bunch of hairs on top of the hairdresser area and in the washroom there was urine on top of the toilet seat. The bedsheet was totally ripped off I talked with the receptionist and they come with the solution saying that they can clean the room right now, which is also so stupid that somebody already checked in now you’re doing your cleaning things then they switched me to another room where I found out that there is a bunch of hairs on top of the bed. It clearly seems like they did not clean the room again from the last time checkout I showed their staff and he had a conversation with the receptionist again give me a third room and the floor was so dirty. There was a stain of something white liquid on the floor and again, bedsheets was ripped off. It was too late at night that I could not force my family to move to another hotel, and I went with my problems to the receptionist, asking for refund my money for another day as I booked my room for two days and they totally denied me to refund my money as it was prepaid, and they requested me to ask Agoda for that. I did not hesitate to book another hotel for another day without getting any refund from them. All I can do I can give you all a honest review about the hotel. It’s not clean trust me.
