Hotel Snow Land Srinagar

My recent stay at Hotel Snowland Srinagar from 13th to 14th February was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations.From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. The staff demonstrated the highest level of professionalism ’ courteous, attentive, and genuinely warm in their approach. Their dedication to guest comfort was clearly evident throughout my stay.The culinary experience was outstanding. The food was simply next level ’ beautifully prepared, rich in flavor, and presented with great attention to detail. Every meal felt thoughtfully curated and indulgent.The rooms were immaculate and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. The comfort, ambiance, and overall room quality were truly remarkable, offering a perfect blend of luxury and warmth.Hotel Snowland delivers not just a stay, but an experience defined by excellence. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking refined hospitality in Srinagar, and I look forward to returning again.

The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Every meal was fresh, well cooked, and beautifully served. I really enjoyed the taste and variety of dishes. The Wi-Fi was also very good, fast, and reliable, which made everything convenient and easy. Most importantly, the staff were outstanding. They were kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm and caring behavior made the entire experience even more special and memorable.

We stayed at Hotel Snowland, Srinagar, and overall it was a nice experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well centrally heated. The staff was polite and well-behaved, and room service was also good.One thing we noticed is that the windows have mesh nets, due to which the extra bed placed near the window tends to get cold because of the cold air.The only downside was the breakfast. It could have been tastier with more variety, especially considering the reputation and brand name that Snowland holds.Overall, a comfortable stay and a good hotel, with some scope for improvement in breakfast

Stayed at the property for 3 days , has a very high snowfall , very good location . Good service except for a person at the reception Mr. Adil who was very rude to say the least . Stuck at the property during snowfall and asked for the 30 minute late checkout , his respond was property is sold out till 1st of February ( a lie ,you can even book 20 rooms instantly) . Would like to request everyone that , if you have any intention for late checkout even for few minutes , then this hotel is not for you otherwise it's good . Personally explore other options during snow period , even if you stuck they might have little bit sympathy .

Everything is perfect with awesome rooms provided with all modern amneties n wide variety of food options in breakfast & dinner. Its about 10 minutes of walking distance from dal lake which is not an issue if you don't have problems to walk.One star is deducted as we noticed that we were not provided with welcome drinks when we checked in the afternoon but the same was provided to guests who checked in the late afternoon n Evening. Period of stay 3 nights in mid April 25.
