Everything, right from the lobby to the stuffs and the rooms, was good. Food were great as well. Location of the hotel is excellent. All the tourist locations are nearby. Overall very pleasant stay. Definitely recommend.

We traveled from Punjab (Patiala) to Srinagar for a business trip and fortunately booked a room at this hotel. The room was very clean and tidy, the food was excellent, and we met a staff member, Mr. SK, who was very humble and polite. All the staff were very good. What a great property 👍
