My stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. The room and washroom had a persistent foul smell, making the stay very uncomfortable. The breakfast served was of extremely poor quality and far below the standards expected from a hotel claiming to be a 3-star property. One important point that should be clearly disclosed is that the standard rooms are non-AC, and the hotel charged an additional 1,000 for an upgrade to an AC room. In fact, most of the rooms in the hotel appear to be non-AC. The food service was poor, and the hygiene standards were unsatisfactory. The linen and blankets were unclean and did not meet even basic hospitality standards. Overall, the hotel failed to provide the quality and comfort it advertised, and based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.
Everyrhing in hotel is very old and very unusable .. washrooms are very terrible to use, fridge was unable to use , hot water bottle was unusable , room doors lock was broken , parking is unsafe and very terrible to park very tiny space to enter
Hotel crown plaza residency is just the name only no facilities cleanliness staff surroundings is just zero.I also request AGODA that why they have listed these types of hotel on their app. It's just a terrible hotel that nothing is good here.If possible please provide my booking amount back.I never ever suggest this hotel to others.This is such a bad hotel or horrible I can't say.
