Palpenzy Bespoke Stay, Srinagar

A very nice place to stay in Srinagar. Vivek ji and the staff are very good and helpful. The resort feels welcoming, and the food is also very good. All the staff are nice. You must stay at this hotel and have a great time.

I booked a room for one night through Expedia on May 24th and paid Rs4081.55. After booking, the hotel staff called to say they had no rooms available and asked me to cancel on Expedia. I told them the app showed only a half refund and that I wanted a full refund if I was to cancel. After many discussions and emails from the hotel promising a full refund, I canceled the reservation on Expedia (my mistake for trusting them). Expedia refunded me half within two days, but the other half is still pending from the hotel. There has been no follow-up or communication; they are just holding my money without any explanation. This is very disappointing.

This was one of the best stays with excellent service, tasty food, and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kashmir. The rooms were very neat and clean.
