Staff were well-mannered and the rooms were clean, equipped with all modern amenities.

We booked Harco Inn directly through Mr. Zahoor Malik, the hotel's General Manager. Initially, we felt a bit anxious about booking directly, unsure of what to expect regarding the hotel, rooms, and amenities. But all our concerns vanished as soon as we arrived. Mr. Zahoor personally greeted us warmly, and meeting the General Manager was truly an honor and left a great first impression. Our room, number 208, was clean, cozy, and inviting, making us genuinely happy and excited. We stayed there for six days, and everything was excellent throughout. Our package included breakfast and dinner, and we appreciated the variety of food offered. Whenever we needed assistance, Mr. Zahoor was always available to help and arrange things as per our needs. He also organized a Dzire car for our sightseeing, with an excellent driver. The hotel staff were professional, courteous, and helpful during our entire stay. Honestly, after six days, it never felt like a hotel stay but more like being at home. We had initially planned to spend one night on a houseboat, but due to our satisfaction with the hotel, room, staff, and especially Mr. Zahoor's hospitality, I chose to cancel that plan and stay at Harco Inn for the whole trip, a decision my wife supported. The hotel's location in Sanat Nagar is another plus. Staying near Dal Lake often means heavy morning traffic in Srinagar, making travel to Pahalgam, Sonmarg, or Gulmarg slow. From Sanat Nagar, starting our trips was much easier. The airport is about 5 km away, and the railway station is conveniently close. There is ample open space in front of the hotel for relaxing walks and enjoying the lovely garden. A large departmental store nearby offers easy access to daily necessities. Overall, our six-day stay at Harco Inn was one of the most enjoyable parts of our Kashmir trip. I sincerely thank everyone at the hotel, especially Mr. Zahoor Malik, for his outstanding hospitality, kindness, and personal care. Thank you for making our Kashmir tour one of the best experiences of my life. I would gladly stay at Harco Inn again and recommend it to others.

The conference hall setup for our training was ideal, featuring comfortable seating, air conditioning, and prompt tea/snack service. The food was of great quality, and the overall environment was calm and cozy. Many thanks to the management for making our induction smooth and memorable. Highly recommended for corporate training sessions and family stays. We would love to return.
