Hotel Regal Palace

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional handling of my booking by Hotel Regal Palace Srinagar.I had booked rooms for my guests on 23 March 2026 for their stay on 24 June 2026. The booking was made almost 3 months in advance, and the hotel accepted the booking after taking the advance payment and confirming the rooms.However, just one day before the arrival date, on 23 June 2026, the hotel sent me an email claiming they had a delegation stay at the property and could no longer accommodate my guests. This last-minute excuse felt completely unfair and misleading after holding my confirmed booking for months.The hotel then shifted my guests to another property, Hotel Spice Srinagar, assuring me that the services and facilities would be of the same standard. Unfortunately, the actual experience turned into a nightmare for my guests. Basic facilities like geysers were not working properly, causing major inconvenience during their stay.As a travel planner, such irresponsible handling damages both customer trust and professional reputation. Confirmed bookings should be honored properly, especially when guests are travelling from outside. Very disappointing experience overall.

I stayed 3 nights with my family. The hospitality was great. there were several positives from the moment we arrived-1- Bell boy-Very accommodating2-Front Office staff-Polite and friendly3-Housekeeping-Helpful and responsive4-Food-Good quality5-Restaurant staff-Very helpful and polite. I had an outstanding experience staying at this hotel! The service was exceptional ’ every staff member was friendly, courteous, and highly professional. A special mention to Abdul Rauf (Receptionist) for his helpful and welcoming attitude, and heartfelt appreciation to the restaurant staff for their attentive service and warm hospitality.The hotel is extremely neat and clean, with excellent Wi-Fi connectivity and seamless Airtel network coverage. The rooms are well-equipped with all essential comforts including hot water (boiler system), room heater, and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay in every season.The food options were delicious and thoughtfully prepared, catering equally well to vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. The security arrangements are impressive.Additionally, the location of the hotel is perfect for both tourists and business travelers, offering easy access to key attractions and conveniences.Overall, my stay here was absolutely wonderful, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Srinagar. I’ll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

We spent five wonderful days at Hotel Regal Palace, Srinagar. The stay was extremely comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location made our trip even more enjoyable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Srinagar.
