We had a great time at this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly. The location on the Boulevard is perfect. The rooms are roomy and clean. The food, served in a restaurant behind the hotel, is delicious and easy to get to. Fans and air conditioning are provided.

This hotel is a great option for staying in Sri Nagar. It is located right next to Dal Lake. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The building is new and the rooms come with all modern amenities. The staff offers excellent service.

Located right next to Ghat 12 on Dal Lake, this newly opened hotel in 2026 offers an excellent stay. I really enjoyed the comfortable rooms and was fortunate to be upgraded to a luxury suite featuring a bathtub, minibar, and a bigger TV. The rooms are roomy, with some including an extra sofabed. They provide buffet, a-la-carte dining, and room service as well. Note that a lift is planned but not yet operational, so wheelchair accessibility is currently unavailable. The hospitality and kindness of Kashmiris remain exceptional ❤️

This is one of the best properties in Srinagar near Dal Lake Ghat No 11. The staff is very polite and interacts well with everyone. The rooms are neat and clean. The food was excellent. The location is absolutely amazing.
