I stayed at this hotel for a month and found it very disappointing, definitely not worth the price I paid. The service was lacking; we had to repeatedly ask for basic items like a dental kit, slippers, soap, and shampoo. Housekeeping was also poor, with the room not being cleaned properly. Worse still, the housekeeping staff used our personal items, including my perfume and shoe polish, some of which were completely used up. Despite complaining to management, no proper action was taken. The food quality was below what I expected, and some amenities advertised on MakeMyTrip, like an iron box, were not available. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially given the cost. The hotel needs major improvements in customer service, housekeeping, and truthful advertising.

They refuse fully paid bookings made through Goibibo. You could be left stranded late at night. Extremely rude staff who demanded an additional 20k for check-in.
