I ordered butter chicken from this hotel today, paid about 890 rs, and the portion was large. However, I was very disappointed because it had no taste, the chicken smelled bad, and was undercooked. I called them, and they just apologized. I asked them to take it back and said I would cover their transport cost, but they only kept apologizing and asked me not to inform the owner. My entire family ended up vomiting. Very frustrating experience.

Disappointing Stay

Giving 1 star only beacause of teasty dinner not breakfast .They gave us corner room very small room , we even can't able to walk in room. Switches were not working , TV was not working, no ventilation in washroom and room , room was smelling.It is inside the market not suitable for tourist who came to enjoy kashmir wheather and views.We stayed there for 3 days because we went thru travel agency and no one asked for house keeping and cleaning only good things was about hotel is good food.Staff behavior also not that good .

Disappointing Stay Overall

I am giving 1 star only because the dinner was tasty, not the breakfast. They assigned us a corner room that was very small, barely enough space to walk. The switches and TV were not working, there was no ventilation in the bathroom or room, and the room had a bad smell. The hotel is located inside the market, which is not ideal for tourists who want to enjoy Kashmir's weather and views. We stayed for 3 days through a travel agency, and no one asked about housekeeping or cleaning. The only good thing about the hotel was the food. The staff's behavior was also not very good.
