Our room ***Was on 3rd floor terminal experince as hallway smells like sewage and one day my son threw up. They keep doing the bandage work like just spray but the root cause is different. They charge so much for the hotel it’s definitely not worth it. When we spoke to manager he made it seems this is acceptable. This is the worse experience that I had in 30years.

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Srinagar was truly excellent and unforgettable. The hotel offered great comfort, the cuisine was superb, and the hospitality was remarkable. We want to especially acknowledge Ajaz, the manager, whose kindness, professionalism, and personal care greatly enhanced our experience. His readiness to assist and ensure all needs were met was deeply valued. Additionally, Ishfaq and the kitchen staff deserve praise for their outstanding service and tasty dishes. Their friendly demeanor and meticulousness made every meal a pleasure. The staff truly made the hotel special, and Ajaz, Ishfaq, along with the whole team, made our time in Srinagar very memorable. We appreciate the fantastic hospitality and highly recommend this hotel!
