Four Points by Sheraton Srinagar

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and overall the experience was very pleasant. The staff was courteous, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. A special mention goes to Mr. Zahoor, who truly stood out because of his exceptional helpfulness and professionalism. He was always ready to assist us and other guests with a smile, making everyone feel valued and comfortable. His dedication and positive attitude reflect extremely well on the hotel, and employees like him genuinely deserve recognition and appreciation from the management.The only area where we feel there is room for improvement would be the rooms, as a few upgrades and better maintenance could make the stay even more perfect. Other than that, it was a great experience overall.

Had an excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton Srinagar. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and offers spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The amenities were among the best ’ especially the kids’ play room and the well-equipped gym, which made the stay enjoyable for the whole family.What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality and service from the staff. Special thanks to Faisal at the front desk for his warm welcome and professionalism. The housekeeping team was attentive and efficient, and the in-house restaurant staff, especially Zahoor, provided amazing service throughout our stay.The entire team made us feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Srinagar and looking for a comfortable and premium stay experience!

Wonderful stay & amazing experience here at Srinagar s Four points Sheraton.. !!I recently stayed here with my family and it was a delightful experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, particularly Mr. Faisal at the front desk.Initially the room which we got was quite cramped I felt... So on request Faisal helped us shift at a beautiful better room which was spacious, and very comfortable.The breakfast buffet had good variety of local options.The location is also perfect’Just a kilometre from Dal Lake...Room service-timely done.I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay at Kashmir memorable.

Thanks a lot Four Points Sheraton for an amazing stay and the hospitality. Aapke staff k behaviour mein Kashmiriyat jhalak rahi thi which was different than other cities . Thanks a lot to Executive Chef Shahnawaz bhai, Chef Rashid bhai for personally guiding us with the menu. Zahoor bhai, your hospitality was great. All the very best your little Ayesha. She'll definitely make you proud some day. Great thanks to Gulzar bhai and Ishfaq bhai as well for taking care of our breakfast and dinner. Only the windows need to be cleaned from outside.Even Waseem bhai ( Hill Master Tour and Travels) lived close to our hotel which ensured he was on time for our daily commute to the attractions around. He guided us very well.
