As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member who has stayed at numerous Marriott hotels worldwide, my recent visit to Four Points by Sheraton Srinagar was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and warm Kashmiri hospitality. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a lovely suite, which made our stay even more special. The suite was spacious, elegant, and perfectly maintained. The Jacuzzi and overhead rain shower were definite highlights, offering a perfect way to unwind after exploring Srinagar. What really distinguishes this hotel is its staff. Every team member went the extra mile to ensure we had a fantastic experience. They frequently checked in to see if we needed anything and genuinely cared about our comfort. Special thanks to Farooq, Zahoor, and Asger for their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail that made us feel truly valued. The dining experience was exceptional as well. Over several days, we enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel, and every meal was excellent. The food quality, freshness, flavor, and hygiene were consistently excellent. The dining area is spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. Many thanks to the talented chefs, Waseem and Vinod, who took the time to understand our tastes and prepared outstanding meals that surpassed our expectations. Another commendable aspect is the hotel’s strong security. The 24/7 security presence, gated entry, and screening provide extra comfort and peace of mind, allowing guests to relax fully. This hotel offers the perfect blend of luxury, genuine hospitality, excellent food, comfort, and security. I can confidently say this was one of the best Marriott stays I have had.
