The suite we booked was absolute cinema, the first time we entered the room was beautiful it was full of fresh smell like flowers, the staff was brilliant and the food was absolute cinema part 2.

Food is a very important part of the stay and it was very poor in this property which made the overall experience not good. Location is good and staff was also good but the quality of food was very bad and which made all the above positives not so attractive.

’’’’’Overall, the stay was disappointing.We had reserved and paid for triple occupancy rooms with additional bedding included, but upon arrival, we were allotted double occupancy rooms and informed that no extra bedding was available, which was quite frustrating.While the rooms were comfortable and the food quality was satisfactory, the service left much to be desired. Food orders took nearly 1 Hr to arrive, and the staff’s attitude was neither courteous nor accommodating.The buffet spread offered very few choices, and when we requested tea or coffee shortly after the buffet timing had ended, our request was declined without any consideration.Although the rooms and food were acceptable, the poor service and issues with our booking significantly affected our overall experience.

1 Star for hospitality.My family reached at 10:05 to restaurant along with another couple the incharge their was so much adapt to not serve and misbehaved that he won't serve bey9nd the time though we were paying for it and asked if he needed we can pay extra.Please book at your own risk the behavior their is pretty rude and are very non challant of your needs.0 hospitality.If it would have been jammu our people would have served till the customer is fulfilled and these guys were shamelessly eating in from of us and showing us attitude.
