The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The food was good too. What felt strange was the hi-tea! The day we arrived it consisted of just biscuits and cake which felt underwhelming considering the premium chain that it is but then the very next day when a big group arrived, the menu magically expanded and more items like fritters and sandwiches also appeared along with biscuits and cake. So why the difference in hospitality? When every guest is paying why are some guests valued more than others?

Namaste,We stayed in ds Hotel for 4 days,as my Husband had already stayed in ds Hotel. The stay was so so pleasant and the time we entered to we left few like seconds’The Ambiance, the Hospitality and the Courtesy was mind blowing’My favourite place was the Library which was so cozy’Almost whole staff was so helpful.. in the Restaurant mr. Riyaz and ms. Yasmine and her colleague took a very very spatial care of us’We are really wishing to visit ds place again shortly’And a very good luck to all!!RegardsPooja Pratik Dhoble

Again a Itc gem in srinagar...Good location , clean area, cozy property.Wonderful front desk staff and very warm restaurant staff.Mr Irfan mir a great and very warm host. Leaves no effort in making the guest stay comfortable and memorable.I m forgetting lot of names but all the staff I met was super trained and truly having ITC hospitality and warmth in there service.Thanks again and keep it up
