My brother and I stayed at The Montreal Srinagar ’ A Unit of Montreal Group for two nights, from 29 to 31 August 2026.First of all, our sincere thanks to the management for upgrading us to a suite. It was a generous gesture, and we were truly grateful. We really appreciated the hotel’s hospitality, cleanliness, ambience, location, and peaceful surroundings.We opted for both breakfast and dinner. If you prefer tasty, comforting, homely North Indian food, the hotel does it well, with sufficient variety.A special mention must go to ’Tanveer’ and ’Omar’, who made our restaurant experience even better.They thoughtfully reminded guests about the meal timings so that nobody missed breakfast or dinner.Omar was especially prompt, attentive, and professional. He carefully looked after the guests and made sure everyone was comfortable and satisfied with the service.The only aspect we found slightly odd was the room layout. The TV cabinet was positioned in the centre, which made the arrangement feel a little awkward. This could perhaps be improved in the future.Apart from that, everything went well, and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is a great place to stay, especially if you enjoy a peaceful and natural environment. The rooms and facilities are good, the food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and customer-oriented. We had a wonderful one-night stay at Montreal Srinagar and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We stayed in a garden-view room with outdoor seating, which made the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.The food was delicious, and both the restaurant service and room service were excellent. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help.A special mention to Tajammul at the reception for his warm hospitality and professional assistance during our stay. He made the check-out process smooth and ensured that we were comfortable during our visit.Overall, a great stay with excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a pleasant atmosphere. From arranging our hotels and cabs to helping us at every step, he handled everything so effortlessly.He even booked the best hotel for us in Pahalgam and a beautiful houseboat experience, which made our trip even more special. What truly touched our hearts was the sweet surprise he arranged ’ a cake for my kids! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Montreal in Srinagar. Our family spent three nights in a beautifully designed family suite room (4th Floor) with large windows on three sides, offering breathtaking views of the mountains from every angle. Waking up to such serene and panoramic scenery each day was truly unforgettable.The room itself was spacious and filled with natural light, making our stay even more comfortable and relaxing.The food served at the hotel was delicious, with every meal exceeding our expectations.What truly made our experience special was the hotel staff ’ extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home.
