This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I booked the hotel through the Oyo app with two friends, but they refused to give us a room just because I am Kashmiri. I don't understand why Kashmiris are not allowed to book rooms. My home is 70 km from Srinagar, so how can I be considered a local resident? It feels like a scam with very poor service and attitude. People have emergencies, so what are they supposed to do? This is the worst situation I've encountered.
