The stay was truly wonderful. Tanver bhai, a very kind and humble individual, welcomed us at the reception. The food was excellent and delicious. The property is very safe and perfectly situated right by Dal Lake. Looking forward to returning soon.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, the service is below par, and the staff seem uninterested in addressing guest complaints. Power outages are a significant problem here, and the staff delay for about an hour before turning on the generator. The location is excellent, which is why guests choose this hotel. The food is good. Unfortunately, the hotel staff are not accommodating to babies and do not provide baby food even when requested. So, if you have an infant or toddler, it is better not to book this hotel. I urge the hotel owner or manager to hire competent staff who can handle these issues effectively.
