The Brand is amazing to be honest, but the staff is terrible. If you ask even for a charger - they refuse to give. If you ask for assitance they refuse. it'ss not worth my money at all

My first experience with the Sarovar Portico brand was at Sarovar Portico Srinagar, and it fully met my expectations. I had heard much about the hotel over time and finally got to enjoy its hospitality during my trip to Srinagar. From the moment I arrived, I sensed a memorable stay ahead. The hotel features ample parking and an elegant, inviting entrance. The reception area is beautifully decorated with tasteful interiors, comfortable seating, and appealing artwork, giving a warm and upscale first impression. The rooms stood out during my visit; they were large, impeccably clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. I stayed in a top-floor room with stunning views of snow-covered mountains, drifting clouds, planes taking off and landing, a nearby railway with passing trains, and city roads below—all visible from my window. Opening the window to enjoy fresh air while in the city made the experience even more special. I also appreciated the rooftop restaurant, which has a pleasant atmosphere and is perfect for relaxing after sightseeing. The main dining area on the ground floor was equally impressive. The food surpassed my expectations, with delicious and carefully prepared options including breakfast, desserts, coffee, fresh croissants, South Indian, and North Indian dishes. There was a great variety, and the staff were very polite, attentive, and always willing to assist, enhancing our comfort. The hotel's location is another plus, just a few kilometers from Srinagar Airport, making it ideal for travelers with early or late flights. The airport is reachable in about 10–15 minutes, adding convenience. Overall, Sarovar Portico Srinagar combines comfort, hospitality, excellent food, and a convenient location. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Srinagar. Many thanks to the entire Sarovar Portico team for making my first stay with your brand so memorable.

My stay at Sarovar Portico Srinagar was my very first experience with the Sarovar Portico brand, and I must say it completely lived up to my expectations. I had heard a lot about the hotel over the years, and I was finally able to experience its hospitality during my visit to Srinagar.From the moment I entered the property, I knew I was in for a memorable stay. The hotel has a spacious parking area, and the entrance itself is elegant and welcoming. The reception lobby is beautifully designed with tasteful interiors, comfortable seating, and attractive artwork, creating a warm and premium first impression.The rooms were one of the highlights of my stay. They were spacious, spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. I chose a room on the top floor, and the views from the window were simply wonderful. I could see the snow-capped mountains, drifting clouds, flights taking off and landing, a nearby railway track with trains passing by, and the city roads below—all from the comfort of my room. Opening the window and enjoying the fresh air while staying in the city made the experience even more special.Another feature I really enjoyed was the rooftop restaurant. It offers a lovely ambience and is a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The main dining area on the ground floor was equally impressive.The food exceeded my expectations.
