Well maintained houseboat with all needs and comforts. Mr. Hafeez is an excellent host. Enjoyed our overnight stay. Simple but hearty homestyle dinner and breakfast. Recommended!

We stayed here for one night in the beginning of May. It was nice stay. We booked directly so got better deal. The food was tasty and the rooms where warm and comfortable. The caretaker Hafiz bhai was very friendly. Hafiz bhai ensures he is always available to assist whenever we wanted him. View from the boat is amazing.Recommended.

It was a wonderful experience with Royal Dandhoo. The caretaker Hafeez bhai took take care of us very well. We unfortunately dropped our phone in Dal Lake, he even arranged for a person to pick it up from the freezing water and helped negotiating with him for a reasonable price. Extremely impressed with his care for his customers. He was very flexible to arrange us a breakfast within our demanded time without any complaints. The house boat is well maintained and interiors are very plush.

Review depends on which room you get . They do have rooms which are brand new and looks like any other hotel.Next they have some what older one which is manageable .Where I stayed is the oldest and somewhat worst of all. No proper air sealing. Blanket heater were still working and hence manageable .But there was absolutely no water in hot water tap till 8am. Called back to back to management guys from 6am to 8am. We lost almost 1 and half hours in the morning because of this .

Delighted to share a wonderful experience at a picturesque houseboat offering a captivating view of the lake. Adjacent to the houseboat, a small parcel of land offers opportunities for leisurely walks and relaxation. The hospitality extended was exemplary, characterized by the courteous and amiable demeanor of the staff. The culinary offerings, including both dinner and breakfast, were exquisite. In summary, a memorable and all-encompassing experience.
