Overall, a positive experience with friendly staff, cleanliness near Dal Lake, and excellent food quality.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The management is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic courtesy.At night, my friend and I ordered food online, and the payment was already completed. When the delivery arrived, the reception staff outright refused to open the gate for us to collect it. Despite explaining that the order was prepaid, he simply denied our request without any willingness to help.The reason he gave was completely unreasonable, he said outside food is not allowed because they ’don’t know what’s in it’ and that the hotel only permits food from their own restaurant. This rule was never mentioned at the time of booking, which is misleading and unacceptable.What made the situation worse was the rude attitude of the staff. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they were dismissive and uncooperative. They could have easily opened the gate for a minute, but chose not to.Overall, the experience was frustrating and left a very bad impression. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting basic hospitality or respectful treatment.

The person at reception has a very fragile ego. Welcomed us with an okaish attitude but at night when we didn’t ordered food from his restaurant which was very expensive , he didn’t open the door at night to collect order and told us that outside food is not allowed which was not mentioned anywhere. Pathetic service by that person and even more disgusting attitude.

The room was not clean, bedsheets had stains, and the AC wasn’t working properly. Staff didn’t respond even after repeated complaints. Totally not worth the money.’
