The staff service is very good, especially the counter staff like Madam Sania who has a very gentle behavior. She deserves a promotion and I believe she should be promoted to help your business. There are some minor issues to address, such as the hot water in the washroom and improving breakfast, which should not be like a buffet. The property is very good and the rooms are excellent. Overall, everything is very good 👍

I had an amazing experience at Mannat Resorts Srinagar! The rooms were spotless and comfortable, creating a great place to relax. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcomed. Also, the location was perfect, with convenient access to all the attractions. Definitely recommend!

The rooms were not kept clean. The AC compressor was turned off during the night and no one answered our calls. The location is hard to reach. We booked 3 rooms and faced the same problem in all of them.

- The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
- Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
