**☆☆☆☆ (1/5)**Very disappointing experience. Due to the Jammu–Srinagar highway closure, we were unable to reach the hotel for the remaining two nights of our booking. During our one-night stay, the hotel assured us that a refund for the unused nights would be approved considering the exceptional circumstances.However, after checkout, they refused to honor their commitment and denied the refund. The issue is not just the refund, but the lack of integrity in going back on a promise made to guests.Poor customer service and an untrustworthy experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Dishonest Refund Experience

Extremely disappointing stay. Because the Jammu–Srinagar highway was closed, we couldn't get to the hotel for the last two nights of our reservation. While we stayed one night, the hotel promised a refund for the unused nights given the unusual situation. But after we checked out, they went back on their word and refused to give the refund. The problem isn't only the refund but also the dishonesty in breaking a promise made to guests. The customer service was bad and the experience felt untrustworthy. I wouldn't suggest staying here.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this hotel with our family, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.A special mention goes to the hotel manager, who is a true gentleman. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to guests made our experience even more memorable.The biggest highlight of this property is its location. The beautiful garden overlooking the mountains offers breathtaking views and creates a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere that is hard to match.Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars!
