Disappointing Stay Experience

Quite an average or below average experience for the price. Despite booking AC rooms, first we were taken to a non-AC room. After the transfer to a different boat, the rooms were below average. Bedsheet, towel, etc were not clean. Basic hygiene issues. They charge separately for water which was surprising.The food was inadequate in terms of variety and quantity despite booking full dinner and breakfast meal. The staff was courteous however the overall experience was mediocre.
