The staff appeared very lazy. Rather than working, they spent time sitting on the stairs watching reels. They did not clean the washroom while tidying the rooms. Water leaked from the bath area. When we arrived, it took the staff 4 hours to clean the room before we could check in, wasting our time. There was no soap dish to hold the soap, and no brush, comb, or slippers were provided.

Nice hotel for staying. At first, the AC in my room was not working, but after I asked, the hotel staff promptly switched my room. The food is also tasty and the service is fast and attentive. All in all, a cozy and enjoyable stay.
