Located in the heart of the Mcleodganj, this hotel provides a scenic breath taking views from the Balcony. We got great views from the Balcony and enjoyed our 3N stay here.. will love to come back again...Giving 4 ’ for rooms because during winters it's chilled there and they should have hairdryer in the bathrooms. Additionally, the geyser is a little worrying as once the hot water is utilised, it takes around 30 mins to get it reheated. Rest all is Ok.

This hotel is very bad ’’and there facilities are not good. All staff members didn't listen any enquiries of the tourist’’’’. Manager also doesn't listened anything ’’ of drivers requests ’’ driver's room are very dirty and not any facilities for drivers.. They request that could uh please provide us bulb ’’ on our washroom they declined their request. Food, breakfast lunch dinner ’’’ they didn't provide all drivers. Very bad & dirty quality of drivers room I'm showing uh in video. Staff and manager, them behaviour not ’’ good they all were rude and declined all requests ’’ for drivers.’’’’

Nice hotel with good and well-behaved staff but the issue is cleanliness. We booked a room for 1 day at the price of 4600, with this price everyone expected a buffet or a complimentary breakfast at least but there was nothing. So from my point of view, it is an expensive deal.1) The hotel is located in the main market area.2) The room quilt and floor were not clean and there were mosquitos in the room.3) The washroom was clean and well-accommodated with the facilities.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Trinity Heights!From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, the staff was polite and professional, and the service was top-notch. Food quality was excellent, and they were always willing to accommodate special requests. Truly impressed with the hospitality and comfort. Highly recommended ’ I’ll definitely be staying here again!
