Wonderful hotel with excellent service provided by the helpful staff, making for a great stay.

Cleanliness was lacking, and the staff were not very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was tasty, though the selection was limited. The place was noisy.

I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Here are my reasons: 1. The photos on booking sites and Google are fake, likely AI-generated, and the hotel looks nothing like them. 2. There is no real service; the staff just take advantage of guests paying high prices, pretending it's a quality hotel. 3. The rooms have many problems: taps are stuck, sockets are broken, and the physical keys often don't work. They don't have digital keys, and if you request an extra bed, they won't set it up for you—just leave a mattress for you to arrange yourself. 4. The food is terrible, and service is nonexistent. Even when told in advance, meals are not ready on time. If you choose a package with meals included, you're stuck with very poor food. 5. Breakfast is minimal, with only two items that are often unavailable, and the tea tastes awful. The worst part is the staff's attitude—they act as if guests are staying for free and dismiss all complaints. Requests like fresh towels are ignored or met with excuses. Many other reviews seem fake, and the genuine ones are clearly one-star. If you're reading this, don't trust the positive reviews and avoid booking this place.

The resort's location is fantastic, and the views from the rooms are truly breathtaking. We stayed in Rooms 302 and 303 on May 23, 2026, and the view from the room was definitely a perfect 10/10. Unfortunately, the overall service was very disappointing. The staff appeared completely unprepared whenever help was needed, and rather than addressing issues professionally, they often seemed rude. The food choices were quite limited, and the quality was poor — some dishes tasted stale while others were undercooked. Owner, if you see this, it seems things have changed since your visit on May 24. The property has great potential, but the current staff and management are seriously affecting the guest experience. Please think about hiring a competent manager and better-trained staff, because the location alone won't keep the business going.
