Nothing in the room was working except the AC and fan. The toilet flush was non-functional, and water kept leaking the entire night. Despite the staff’s attempts, the issue could not be resolved. Pathetic experience.

Spoke with "Ramesh" before booking, and he shared old pictures of the room which were far away from reality. Which is literally cheating customers, for which we were charged 4000 / night.(stayed in Room no. 104)It was a bad experience over all.1)Bucket in the bathroom was broken, 2) sink tap head was missing, 3) no hot water at all.4) no cleanliness in room at all.Till the end of stay, neither there were any apologies or compensation given.Please refrain from booking this hotel.

Poor Experience

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The basic facilities were not provided ’ there was no hot water available at all, which made the stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, the service was extremely poor. When I asked for help, the staff gave unhelpful responses and did not take any action to solve the issues. Overall, there was no sense of responsibility or care for guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even the most basic level of comfort or service.

Peaceful Temple Stay

Had a great stay at Hotel Vir Sai. during our Shirdi trip with friends. The hotel is very close to the Sai Baba temple, rooms were clean, and the staff was helpful. Perfect place for a peaceful stay after darshan. Highly recommended! Om Sai Ram!’?
