Actually this is Agoda review. They have taken advance money 2 days back and hotel said we are fully booked today
They have not given parking facility which shows in booking, Toilet flush was not working, No hot water available, No solution after compain , I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
I recently booked a premium deluxe room at this hotel expecting a top-notch experience, but it was quite disappointing. The room lacked basic amenities like bottled water, which is usually standard in premium stays. The TV wasn't working, adding to the inconvenience. Additionally, the room cleanliness and overall upkeep did not match the premium standards advertised. On a positive note, the service staff were polite and courteous, which was the only saving grace during the stay. Overall, I felt the experience did not justify the premium price.
