I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The photos shown online are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The rooms were very dirty and poorly maintained.The service was extremely disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable, making it very difficult to rest properly.The food quality was also pathetic and not up to basic standards. Overall, the hotel does not provide value for money.I strongly recommend that others avoid this place and look for better options.

I made a corporate booking through the Navan portal and had a very poor experience with the hotel’s staff and services. Despite receiving booking confirmations, they later claimed that no booking existed. Even when the bookings were available in the system, they asked us to make the payment again. The staff did not greet guests properly and behaved unprofessionally. Overall, it was the worst hotel experience. The hotel staff is saying ownership transfers to another person and is now asking customers to rebook, which results in unfairly taking payments from guests.

I had very little hope but was pleasantly surprised after visiting this hotel. It’s situated in X Block, right in the middle of the city, and very conveniently located.The hotel usually costs well over ’4,000 per night, but I got a really sweet deal, so I decided to try it after experiencing some of the worst hotels nearby. The reception guy was surprised to see my rate was so low.The staff was friendly, water pressure was good and consistent, and the room was clean. It’s located inside a residential colony with gardens nearby. Outside food is allowed. Checkin post 2pm.Looking forward to more such deals so I can stay here again. Perfect for individuals and small families.

Rating: ’’’’’I had an extremely disappointing stay at Inde Hotel, Cyber City, Gurugram (Phase 2), which is being marketed as a 4-star property but failed to meet even basic hospitality standards.I booked a stay with breakfast and dinner included. Due to a flight delay, I informed the hotel reception at 9:15 PM that I might arrive a few minutes late and requested them to please arrange dinner. This delay was completely beyond my control. The response from the reception was insensitive and unhelpful. I was clearly told, ’We can’t do anything.’The receptionist initially could not even find my booking, despite it being valid for the same date. I offered to share my booking voucher immediately and requested that dinner be kept ready around 10 PM, but this was refused. I repeatedly and politely requested to speak to the manager, but the receptionist declined multiple times and said he had no authority.I reached the hotel at 10:01 PM, just one minute late. After finally showing my booking voucher, I was directed to the restaurant, where I was refused dinner again. I was traveling with children, after a long flight, and yet there was zero empathy or flexibility shown. I even offered to pay separately for dinner, but that was also refused. I was told that all services, including housekeeping, shut down completely after 10:00 PM. This is unacceptable for a so-called 4-star hotel.With no other option, I had to order food online and go to bed extremely dissatisfied.The next morning, the situation was equally poor. During breakfast:’Eggs, fruits, bread, butter were unavailable’Coffee was cold and unattended’Staff said items were unavailable ’because of rain,’ which is not a valid excuseLater, when I approached reception for Wi-Fi access due to low mobile network connectivity, I was informed that Wi-Fi was also not working.This hotel lacks basic service management, staff empowerment, accountability, and guest empathy. A 4-star rating comes with responsibility, which this property clearly does not uphold. I would strongly not recommend this hotel, especially for families or travelers arriving late due to unavoidable circumstances.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had the room was dirty with visible stains and the washroom smelled terrible throughout the stay.The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional they didn’t even know how to find my booking or use the computer properly.Despite booking a MAP plan dinner was not provided and no proper explanation or solution was given.WiFi didn’t work kitchen services were unavailable and even basic amenities like slippers were missing.The hotel phone number doesn’t work and they don’t even receive calls, which shows how poorly this place is managedI raised these issues multiple times with MMT as well but they were no help either I will not be booking through them again.
