Good option if you're looking for an affordable hotel in the city center. Staff was cooperative and helped us with local travel information.Hotel is located in a prime area with easy access to transport and food outlets. Staff behavior was courteous and overall experience was pleasant.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were extremely clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made my stay truly relaxing. The AC worked perfectly, and the availability of 24-hour hot water was a big plus.The staff was very polite, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. I also felt very safe during my stay, as the overall environment was secure and well-managed.Everything from cleanliness to service was top-notch. It’s clear that the hotel maintains high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.I genuinely loved my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free experience. I stayed at Itsy By Treebo - Shivshakti, located opposite the bus stand in Aurangabad, after booking through Treebo Hotels.I reached late at night around 12 AM and informed the receptionist about my check-in. He told me the room was not clean and asked me to wait. I agreed, but there was no proper lighting in the waiting area and there were a lot of mosquitoes. When I mentioned this, the staff simply said, ’Yes sir, I know,’ but did nothing to resolve it.After waiting, I finally got the room, but it was not properly cleaned. Basic amenities were missing ’ there were no hangers and no extra charging plug points. The washroom was also uncomfortable; even the toilet commode was unusually high and not convenient to use. I am 6 feet tall, yet I still found it uncomfortable.Overall, my experience was very disappointing from start to finish. The service, cleanliness, and facilities did not meet basic expectations.I would rate this stay 0 stars.

Stay alert for family.Worst service there is no room service and breakfast , dark shady place ,washroom are like railway station very dirty attached are the horrible experience photos shared.Wasted money , family time bhi kharab hogaya bakwas hotel ki waja seMoney waste plus family time kharab because of this hotel
