I stayed at Itsy By Treebo - Shivshakti, located opposite the bus stand in Aurangabad, after booking through Treebo Hotels.I reached late at night around 12 AM and informed the receptionist about my check-in. He told me the room was not clean and asked me to wait. I agreed, but there was no proper lighting in the waiting area and there were a lot of mosquitoes. When I mentioned this, the staff simply said, ’Yes sir, I know,’ but did nothing to resolve it.After waiting, I finally got the room, but it was not properly cleaned. Basic amenities were missing ’ there were no hangers and no extra charging plug points. The washroom was also uncomfortable; even the toilet commode was unusually high and not convenient to use. I am 6 feet tall, yet I still found it uncomfortable.Overall, my experience was very disappointing from start to finish. The service, cleanliness, and facilities did not meet basic expectations.I would rate this stay 0 stars.

Stay alert for family.Worst service there is no room service and breakfast , dark shady place ,washroom are like railway station very dirty attached are the horrible experience photos shared.Wasted money , family time bhi kharab hogaya bakwas hotel ki waja seMoney waste plus family time kharab because of this hotel

Stayed for a night. Rooms need so much improvement in cleanliness, hot water facilities and working conditions of electronics. Morning breakfast complimentary is a scam. They are preparing poha in the canteen and serving in the room. No car parking as well. Even for budget stays it should be better than this.
