Complete room was crawling with cockroaches and the room provided intially didn't had king size bed as mentioned in the original booking after a bit of chat was moved to the king size bedroom hotel .Its not worthy enough to be in Itsy lineup of hotels as I have seen better rooms shower was broken, bedsheets were dirty even the ac cooling was not upto the mark the whole floor was sticky won't recommend this hotel ever
No clean room, no water available for drinking, broken pillows dirty rooms. No proper facility. Bathroom was not clean. Wash basin was leaked. No telephone in the room. Bath towel was not provided
