Everything was fine except for a few things, such as the need for a more proactive maintenance team. We reported a water leakage problem in the bathroom, but it wasn't fixed even after staying for 2 days. Otherwise, everything was good. The food was very tasty, and Kuddus, the cook, had a great sense of taste.

Enjoyed a great stay at Jharna resort. The property is well maintained and the staff are polite.

The rooms are spotless, cozy, and well kept. The food is of excellent quality. The staff's attitude is outstanding.

Our stay at this resort was very disappointing, mainly due to the unprofessional conduct of the staff. We reserved our room through the resort's official website, but there was no option or clear detail to specify the number of adults during booking. We completed the reservation based on the available information. After checking in and being in the room, we got a call stating the room was booked for one adult only, while there were two of us. We tried to explain that the problem was caused by the resort's website and politely asked the manager, Mr. Bhuvan Mehto, to help us either cancel the booking or fix the issue. Instead of helping, our account was suspended, and the manager refused to cancel. Worse, his behavior was very rude and disrespectful, saying things like, "Jitni tumhari umar hai, utna mera is line mein experience hai," "Muh chup karke rahiye," and even threatening us with, "Main ek aadmi ko rehne dunga aur ek ko bahar nikaal dunga." Such language and threats towards paying guests are totally unacceptable. No customer should be treated with such disrespect, no matter the booking problem. A professional resort should handle issues politely, especially when the confusion comes from its own booking system. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we've had. We strongly advise the resort management to improve their booking system and ensure their staff, especially managers, treat guests with respect and professionalism.
