I enjoyed my stay. It was very peaceful. GM Yudhisther, along with Ravi and Ashok from F&B staff, and Amisha and Chandan, were great.

The property is stunning, with spacious, well-designed, and comfortable rooms. The overall atmosphere is also quite pleasant. However, given the high rates, there are several areas that require considerable improvement. First, the restaurant service needs urgent attention: the restaurant hours are inconsistent, and the wait time for food is excessively long, sometimes nearly an hour for a single dish, which is unacceptable for this level of property. Management should ensure efficient kitchen operations, set clear service hours, and reduce food wait times. Second, breakfast hours should be more accommodating: on some days, breakfast only begins at 9:00 AM, which is inconvenient for guests with early safaris, tours, or travel plans. An earlier breakfast option or a fixed earlier start time should be offered, especially since the property caters to leisure travelers. Third, Wi-Fi and network connectivity require major upgrades: the Wi-Fi is very poor and often fails, and there is almost no mobile signal inside the rooms. Without reliable Wi-Fi or mobile service, guests have no dependable connectivity. The property must seriously improve its Wi-Fi infrastructure to provide consistent connectivity in all rooms. Fourth, proper shaded or covered parking is needed: due to the intense heat in the area, guests' cars are currently exposed to direct sunlight. A covered or well-shaded parking area should be available. At this price, protecting guests' vehicles from heat should be a basic amenity. The property has great potential and the rooms are truly lovely, but the service infrastructure must align with the premium pricing. I hope management addresses these issues, as improving these fundamental operational aspects would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Rooms are spacious, Hotel is surrounded by nature but these are the only good things, rest all very ordinary specially at price they charge. No service, Food pathetic (1.5k pp) , don't take safari from hotel and land up paying 2k extra.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, spacious, and has a great atmosphere. However, the overall guest experience does not justify the ₹14,000 per night room rate. The biggest letdown was the hospitality and basic service standards. At such a high price, basic amenities should be standard. Surprisingly, the hotel provides RO water instead of mineral water, and charges about ₹100 per bottle for mineral water kept in the room fridge. For a hotel charging around ₹14,000 per night, this seems unreasonable and disappointing. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and housekeeping was far below what one expects from a boutique hotel. We also saw that the same mop was used for both bathrooms and rooms, raising hygiene concerns. More importantly, if we were not in the room, it apparently was not cleaned at all—not even basic mopping. This is unacceptable at this price. The bathroom showers also did not work properly, adding to the inconvenience. The food quality was another big disappointment. It was below expectations, and the menu was very repetitive, repeating every second day. Guests staying multiple nights should have better variety and quality. The kids' play area was especially concerning. It was poorly maintained with lots of grass and overgrowth. Since the hotel is in a jungle area, this is not just a cleanliness issue but a safety risk for children due to possible snakes, scorpions, insects, or other creatures. Overall, the property has a beautiful setting and potential, but service, housekeeping, food, maintenance, and basic guest facilities are seriously lacking. It seems the hotel charges premium rates just by calling itself a “boutique hotel” without delivering the service and experience expected at that price. For ₹14,000 per night, guests should get a much better experience. The hotel needs major improvements in basic operations and guest services to truly justify its pricing.
