Katra Marriott Resort & Spa

Eleven couples stayed here for two days. We had a great time during our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The service staff were very welcoming. Special thanks to Deepak sir. The breakfast and dinner in the morning were excellent.

Our experience at the Marriott was wonderful! The rooms were large, spotless, and had very cozy beds. The team was exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty choices. Looking forward to coming back!

Marriot Katra is clean, well-located, and has excellent staff and service. This was my second visit, and the place offers a great atmosphere with a clean setting. It's a purely vegetarian hotel, and the chant 'jai mata di' is always heard. Deepak from the team shared helpful information about the Vaishno Devi trek, which was very beneficial. He was attentive to all our needs. After our trek ended at 2 am, the car was ready to pick us up. The journey with the crew was very smooth. I am eager to return and stay at this lovely spot again.

This hotel is located somewhat far from Katra railway station and the main market, but fortunately, the hotel arranged a car to pick us up. Our room had a view of Adhkuvari, which was very peaceful and beautiful. The food was somewhat disappointing, especially breakfast, which had fewer options and could be improved to meet Marriott standards. The staff were helpful and polite. There is a slight issue with monkeys around the property, so it's best not to leave balcony doors open. The hotel also features a gym and pool for relaxation. I look forward to returning and hope the hotel has made further improvements.

Our stay at Marriott Katra Resort and Spa was fantastic. The entire experience was excellent — from the rooms and service to the food and the view. We especially loved the food and want to commend the chef and the waiter named Sanjeet 😀😃
