I had a very disappointing experience at Kings Abode Resort.1.The room was not cleaned properly at all. There were hygiene issues, including bugs on the bed, and the bedsheets were stinking ’ completely unacceptable.2.The staff and service were extremely poor. We felt discriminated against as they were prioritizing foreign customers at the restaurant during lunch. When we confronted the staff and the restaurant manager, they were rude, dismissive, and didn’t even bother to apologize.3.We had booked a private plunge pool room, but there was no proper lighting. After complaining, they arranged a light, but it was very dim. When we requested additional lighting, we were bluntly told it was not possible.Overall, this is a very poorly managed property with unmannered staff. I would strictly not recommend staying here.

When we raised this with the staff and manager, they responded rudely and dismissively without any apology. We had booked a room with a private plunge pool, but the lighting was inadequate. After complaining, they provided a light, but it was very dim, and when we asked for more lighting, we were told sharply that it was not possible. Overall, the property is badly managed with rude staff, and I would strongly advise against staying here.

Staff were impolite, the property was not well kept, and it lost its appeal.

Terrible terrible experience at this hotel! Staff behaviour was horrendous. We received quite racist treatment from them over some foreign tourists. And when confronted, they hardly cared. No accountability, no apology.Rooms were filled with mosquitoes and insects. No hygiene. Bathroom smelled so bad and so many things not working in the room. We had plunge pool premium rooms and there was nothing premium about it. Moreover there wasn’t any strict action from anybody regarding the racism behaviour of staff.

No responsibility taken, no apologies given. The rooms were infested with mosquitoes and bugs. Hygiene was lacking. The bathroom had a terrible odor and many things in the room were broken. We stayed in plunge pool premium rooms, but there was nothing premium about them. Additionally, no one took firm action against the staff's racist conduct.
