The Qualia Resort Club & Brewery

PROS: The rooms are large and the property is well kept. CONS: Room service was slow, we were charged extra for an additional bed even though it was included in our package, the breakfast options were limited with no live cooking stations, there was a clubbing event that we were not informed about at booking which disturbed small children, and during the event, a la carte and other services were halted with all staff occupied by the event, leaving guests unattended.

My stay at this resort was very disappointing. The management held a liquor and dance party without notifying guests beforehand. During the event, room service was not available, and guests were prohibited from bringing their own alcohol, forcing them to buy drinks at the resort's steep prices. This disturbed many families staying there. Visitors from Gujarat usually come to Udaipur for a calm holiday with their families, not to witness intoxicated people dancing inappropriately. The manager, Mr. Kuldeep, deceived us by mentioning a "special surprise," but instead, we were assigned a room right next to the stage where loudspeakers made it impossible to rest. Only after multiple complaints did we get a different room. Another letdown was the policy that forbade swimming pool use after 7 PM. The manager's behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, seeming to stereotype guests from Gujarat as only coming to drink alcohol, which was offensive. I would not suggest this resort for families or groups seeking a peaceful getaway. It is overpriced, offers poor service, and the overall experience was well below expectations.
