The Qualia Resort Club & Brewery

My experience at this resort was extremely disappointing.Without informing guests in advance, the management organized a liquor and dance party. During the party, room service was unavailable, and guests were not allowed to bring liquor from outside. As a result, drinks had to be purchased from the resort at highly inflated prices. Many families staying at the property were also disturbed by this.People from Gujarat often visit Udaipur to enjoy a peaceful holiday with their families, not to watch intoxicated people dancing in an inappropriate manner.The manager, Mr. Kuldeep, misled us by saying there was a "special surprise" for us. Instead, we were allotted a room right next to the stage, where the loud speakers made it impossible to relax. Only after repeated complaints were we given another room.Another disappointing policy was that guests were not allowed to use the swimming pool after 7:00 PM.The manager's attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. It seemed they assumed that guests from Gujarat come only to drink alcohol, which was offensive and unacceptable.I would not recommend this resort for families or groups looking for a peaceful vacation. It is overpriced, the service is poor, and the overall experience was far below expectations.

PROS: The rooms are large and the property is well kept. CONS: Room service was slow, we were charged extra for an additional bed even though it was included in our package, the breakfast options were limited with no live cooking stations, there was a clubbing event that we were not informed about at booking which disturbed small children, and during the event, a la carte and other services were halted with all staff occupied by the event, leaving guests unattended.

I would not suggest this resort for families or groups seeking a peaceful getaway. It is overpriced, offers poor service, and the overall experience was well below expectations.
