Brahma Niwas - Luxury Lake View Hotel with Infinity Pool, Udaipur

We had such a pleasant stay here. Rooms were really clean and felt very royal. The best view is from the swimming pool at the top. I would love to stay here again

We had a pleasant 2-night stay at Bramha Nivas Hotel in Udaipur. The property has a calm and homely atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to unwind after exploring the city.One of the highlights was the beautiful lake view from the rooms ’ waking up to that serene view truly enhanced our experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay.The staff was polite, helpful, and attentive, always ready to assist whenever needed. The location is also convenient, with easy access to major attractions.One thing to note is that the hotel has limited parking space, with room for only 2 cars inside the gate, so it’s better to plan accordingly if you’re traveling by car.Overall, Bramha Nivas offers a cozy stay with lovely lake views and good hospitality. A great option for visitors to Udaipur!

Brahma Niwas, Udaipur is a lovely heritage property that truly reflects the royal charm of the city. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, and have a classic haveli feel. One of the highlights was the Rajasthani cultural evening’traditional music and dance that added a beautiful local touch to the stay. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Great location and a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic Udaipur stay.

Peaceful location on a smaller lake with a very nice view from the Royal Heritage Suite balcony and bedroom. The suite is spacious and comfortable, with a large terrace overlooking the lake.Excellent pure vegetarian restaurant with delicious food and attentive, five-star service. Tasty breakfast, especially the freshly made dosa from the live cooking station on the terrace. Lovely rooftop with live music on weekends and views of the lake and rising moon.There is a beautiful rooftop infinity pool, though in January it was too cold to use. The location is slightly away from the city center but calm and quiet. Wi-Fi was fine in the room.

We checked in on 21st Nov to check out on 23rd Nov. The hotel premises and ambience is good and so the rooms. The service staff is rudely cooperative...they will show that they are happy to help but they don't care at all. For instance we faced the issue with air conditioning on the room they gave a stupid excuse that the rooms have been put on centralised heater and not airconditioner mode as it's the weather in Udaipur which is cold. That's absolutely rubbish as the temperature during day time was as high as 30 to 32 degrees and night was around 24 to 27 degrees. We complained to reception/ housekeeping and Manager but they would simply say we canvjust change room temperature of your room but it wasn't as the air conditioning wasn't working at all .. we requested change of room they didn't acknowledge rather it was rudely denied. We said we have spent 17.5k for two nights and we should get the services what's offered in the terms and conditions but they never cared... The location is bit far and remote but good surrounding. The staff is cooperative but only on their conditions.In a way we felt cheated being air conditioning not switched on at all plus no room changing provided... I'm looking for official platform to lodge a complaint against them and ask for a refund and not sure how it can be done.... Even on the checkout day when I asked for complaint register it log book they denied that no such logs with them...they surely cheated many others like this and my advice is not to opt for this hotel during semi summer timevi Oct or Nov as they are very good at cheating and then wouldn't brother to take complains from customer....we were literally sweating at nights as family as the fans were also not working at reasonable speed.If anyone knows offical platform to log a legal complaint against this hotel pls feel free to share
