Dear Zana Management Team,I hope this email finds you well. I recently stayed at ZANA Lake Resort, checking in on the 15th and checking out on the 16th. We stayed on the second floor near the pool area, occupying the rooms SIMON and THOMAS.I want to start by saying that you have a wonderful and deeply peaceful property. It is truly an ideal place for anyone looking for mental peace and a quiet getaway.Unfortunately, we encountered an issue that deeply conflicted with this peaceful environment. There was a significant presence of rats inside the AC ducts and POP ceilings of our rooms. They made continuous noise throughout the night, which severely disturbed our sleep and made it impossible to rest properly.I was quite busy with a tight schedule during checkout, which is why I missed the opportunity to bring this up with your front desk team in person.I believe a beautiful resort like yours should be paired with a comfortable night's rest. To help you address this with your pest control team, I have attached videos of the noise along with my tracked sleep data showing the extent of the disruption.I hope you will look into this immediately so future guests can fully enjoy the tranquility your resort offers.
