I had a very disappointing experience at Zana Resort in Udaipur. The service was extremely slow, and the staff's behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout our stay.One of the main reasons we chose Zana Resort was because its Google listing stated that it had a spa. Unfortunately, after we arrived, we discovered that there was no spa available. This was misleading and a major disappointment, as it influenced our booking decision.I checked in at around 4:00 PM, but the overall experience was so disappointing that I checked out just four hours later because I was not able to stay there any longer.Overall, the combination of poor service, unprofessional staff, and inaccurate information on the Google listing made our stay extremely unpleasant. In my experience, staying at Zana Resort was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this resort unless it improves its customer service and ensures that the amenities advertised online are accurate and up to date.
