This was the most amazing and memorable stay of my life. The property welcomes you with an astonishing view of the mountains and a long stretch of lake. A garden as big as 2/3rd of a football field and a pool big enough for 20-25 people together...We stayed in the private garden rooms, and the view from the room was so good paired with the private garden, lake in the middle and mountains at the back. Supee spacious rooms, superb interior the whole hotel is so pretty I cant describe it in words.There are only 2 things for which I took 1 star awya from facilities and location :1. This property is around 12km away from city, DO NOT BOOK THIS IF YOU DON'T HAVE A 4 WHEELER. The road to the property at night is very silent, eerie and dark without street lights. 2. You will have to ask for the things like towels and dental kits. They may or mah not provide it beforehand but you will 100% get it upon asking once.The food, unlike how some of the reviews say this, was pretty good. We had breakfast buffet and liked it.Super friendly and helpful staff.Would 100% recommend it

We stayed at Zana Lake Resort from 1 June to 2 June. Unfortunately, our experience did not match the standards expected from a luxury resort.Before arrival, we called for early check-in and were told it would be possible. However, when we reached the resort, the room was not ready and we had to wait around 30 minutes. The room we received was not properly cleaned. Bedsheets had to be changed shortly after check-in, and overall cleanliness was below expectations.The most disappointing part was the staff behavior. We faced rude and unprofessional behavior in front of the manager. To his credit, the manager did apologize for the staff's conduct, but the incident affected our stay experience.We were also informed that a cake would be provided, but it was never delivered. Service throughout the stay was slow and inconsistent.The lake view and location are beautiful, but a good view alone cannot compensate for poor housekeeping and service issues. Management needs to focus on staff training, cleanliness, and guest experience.
