I booked this resort based on the beautiful photos shown on Agoda, but the actual experience was completely different and extremely disappointing.This is not a family-friendly resort. The property was overcrowded with groups of men everywhere, making it feel more like a crowded public park than a peaceful resort. There were beer bottles all around the property, including near the swimming pool. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic, noisy, and uncomfortable.The cleanliness was also very poor. The surroundings were dirty and not maintained as shown in the photos. My family did not feel relaxed or secure because of the environment and crowd.To make matters worse, the electricity kept going on and off several times during the night, repeatedly disturbing our sleep and making the stay even more uncomfortable.The overall management also appeared to be poor. During our stay, we witnessed staff members arguing among themselves, and there were also arguments between guests and the staff. This created an unpleasant atmosphere and further reduced our confidence in the quality of the resort and its service.The pictures on Agoda create an impression of a peaceful, premium family resort, but the reality was completely different. In my experience, the listing gives a misleading impression of what the property is actually like.If you are planning a family vacation, especially with children or elderly family members, I would recommend avoiding this property. Please don't rely only on the photos—read recent reviews carefully before booking.Very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.
