I stayed here with my family for 4 nights in two Royal Suites, and overall we had a good experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with ample space to sit, relax and keep our luggage…I especially loved the little traditional touches throughout the room, be it the cute jharokha-style window seating, the beautifully painted ceilings, or the overall heritage inspired decor. It really added to the charm of the stay. The washrooms were clean and well maintained.There were a few glitches though… like Initially, one of our room’s AC wasn’t working and despite several attempts to fix it, eventually we had to change rooms in the middle of the night, which was quite a hassle, especially as we had to shift two rooms. However, the staff was very cooperative and did their best to make the shifting as smooth as possible.The breakfast, however, needs some improvement. The menu was exactly the same for all four days, including the drinks, so some variety would definitely be appreciated.Overall, a comfortable stay with nice heritage decor….
Room service is taking too much time, for simple water bottle , need to call 3-4 times at reception.ALSO IF YOU ARE GOING TO BOOK IT FROM this platform FOR EXECUTIVE ROOM, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK ROOM BEFORE CHECK IN. THEY HAVE DIFFERENT ROOM ON 1ST FLOOR AND 3RD FLOOR , IN THE NAME OF EXECUTIVE ROOM.We have booked 4 rooms, 3rd floor room is bigger then 1st floor, and they say both are executive room.NOT HAPPY. Also on this platform room has fridge but the fridge is not working in any room.
Hotel booked for 3 adults with extra bed charges but hotel didn't provide extra bed,ac was not working, hotel jointed two single bed which was terrible to sleep for two persons as well body wash stand in bathroom was broken and also not provided,next day when complained they upgraded our room , over-all we have a terribly bad experience and we feel we wasted ***rs just for two days with such cheap and poor service,I strongly do not recommend any visitor for this hotel.
