Gone with my family and after spending around 70k it’s worst experience. It’s worst then any 2 star property
Disappointing stay during extensive renovationWe booked Radisson Blu Udaipur for a family visit with our six-month-old baby and planned to stay for a couple of days. We cut our stay short to just one night because the renovation work made it impossible to rest.There was considerable noise from the work, including drilling in the morning and other work in the evening. Our baby could not sleep properly, which made the stay especially difficult for our family. The renovation also took away much of the hotel’s ambience. Although the pool itself was clean, the surrounding area had cement, tiles, bamboo and visible scaffolding.We were not told about the extent of the renovation before our stay, despite paying a substantial amount for the room. We also found it difficult to reach hotel staff, and our interactions with reception felt rude. I had requested a small decoration to mark our baby turning six months old, but the request was ignored.The property has a good location, but our experience was very poor. Guests should be clearly informed about major renovation work before booking so they can decide whether the hotel is suitable for their trip. Based on our stay, I would not recommend it to families while this level of work is ongoing.
Huge negligence from resort, full amenities not provided in the room but took full room charge. Not at all satisfied, tried to discuss it with the staff but the staff was not cooperative at all, Told us to book somewhere else. Not expected from such a huge property and reputed brand. Will not recommend anybody else.
