☆☆☆☆Very disappointing experience. The location of the hotel is quite poor and inconvenient, making it difficult to access and not worth the price being charged. The staff behaviour was also very poor—the staff was not cooperative or welcoming, which made the stay even more unpleasant.The cleanliness was below expectations, and the room and facilities were not properly maintained. Despite the high room charges, the hotel seems to charge extra for almost everything, which feels unreasonable and poor value for money.Considering the high price, poor location, inadequate cleanliness, and unprofessional staff behaviour, I would not recommend this hotel. There are much better options available at similar or even lower prices.

Very good experience—the hotel is very clean and has a great view, and the host, Kartik, is super friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, there is someone else at the reception. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this guy; he doesn't know anything and will only confuse you. No matter what you need, go to Kartik. If he’s not around, it’s honestly better to wait until he is back rather than dealing with the other person.
