We are extremely disappointed with the poor service and repeated failure to honour commitments during our stay.We had booked five rooms, but despite arriving after an overnight journey, the rooms were handed over only at 4:30 PM. Our entire first day was wasted, and we were exhausted after waiting.When we complained, your team initially committed to a 30–35% discount on the spa, but later refused the discount. then they offered a complimentary lunch, which was also later denied, and finally we were told that only 50% would be charged.To make matters worse, at checkout it took almost one hour to collect our luggage, causing us to miss our next appointment.This kind of service is highly disappointing and completely unacceptable from a *reputed hospitality brand like Club Mahindra.*We request you to take this complaint seriously, review the matter, and provide an appropriate resolution.If this issue is not addressed satisfactorily, we will have no option but to share our genuine experience on social media and review platforms so that other guests are aware of the service experience.We expect a prompt response and suitable compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Guys, please avoid staying at Club Mahindra resort. Most of the staff here consider themselves as bosses. If you want good customer service, book some other resort. As a customer, you won't be valued here. It was a very bad experience for me.

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026Extensive repair work is happening throughout the hotel, and there is leakage from the AC ducts in the room. Water is present in the corridors. The rooms are spacious, and the customer service is good.
