GOOD FACILITY AND NICE SERVICE AND GOOD BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF LIKE WE ARE STAY IN OUR HOME
I recently stayed at Club Mahindra Udaipur and made my booking through Agoda. While booking, I mistakenly selected 1 adult.However, when I rechecked the prices online later, I found that the room rate for 2 adults was almost the same as 1 adult.Despite this, I was charged approximately ’3500 extra. This was very disappointing and upsetting for me, as the pricing shown online did not reflect such a difference.I sincerely request the higher management to kindly review this matter and ensure fair and transparent pricing for guests. I am very disappointed with this experience and would hesitate to visit again. I hope no other guest faces a similar situation in the future.
