They dont have stable supply of electricity and when we asked why electricity is fluctuating they says that it will happen with all rooms, they domt provide remote to ac and setup of ac is uselss. Food was decent garden is good but rooms are not clean there is moulding everywhere
We visited this hotel during the monsoon season in 23 July 2026. When we arrived, there were only one or two guests staying at the property, but by the time we checked out, we noticed around seven to eight guests, which speaks for the hotel's growing popularity.The hotel's surroundings are incredibly green, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. I would especially like to appreciate the hotel's restaurant—the food was absolutely amazing. The taste was just like authentic Delhi-style cuisine. In fact, we ended up spending two full days enjoying the hotel and its restaurant because the food and overall atmosphere were so satisfying.As for South Goa during the monsoon, most places felt quite deserted. Except for a few beaches, many of them were not enjoyable due to the rough weather and high tides. However, the hotel's location is excellent. Palolem Beach is within walking distance (approximately 800 meters), and Patnem Beach is about 1 km away. There are also nearby wine shops and general stores. One suggestion for future guests is to carry essential medicines with them, as the nearest medical store is quite far away.I would also like to suggest that the hotel install safety nets beneath the coconut trees. This would help prevent coconuts from accidentally falling on guests and reduce the risk of serious injuries.Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If someone asked me to rate it, I would happily give it 9 out of 10. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, green, and comfortable stay near Palolem Beach.
The rooms aren’t the same as booked, pictures misleading. None of the rooms have a proper working A/C, quite unbearable in the Goa humidity, you will end up sweating all night. Bathroom needs to be upgraded. Only upside, staff were courteous enough to understand the issues and cancel the booking.
