The hotel's washrooms and rooms fell short of expectations. The washrooms were unclean, and the rooms had a bad smell. Additionally, the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly. Although the washrooms were cleaned during our stay, the doors were faulty. Very good hotel but very poor service.Complimentary breakfast very limited and charges very high price after cut off of 300!When called room service for water they told they have to sleep and that you can’t call at night.Took 1 hr to make a dosa and poori..food quality average only

Mr Mony Bose, the guest relations and operations professional at Kottaram, deserves a special mention for his understanding of customers' needs and ability to resolve challenges.Let’s talk about the food- The on-site restaurant serves an incredible array of delicious dishes, from hearty breakfasts to exquisite dinners.The overall ambience of the hotel is elegant and tranquil’ideal for both leisure and business travellers. Despite its central location, the property feels like a peaceful oasis, offering the best of both worlds.I genuinely didn’t want to leave, and I can’t wait to return.
