This is the worst hotel I have ever booked before, with a very bad experience. The staff were impolite, uncooperative, and indifferent to customer satisfaction. Complaints from customers were disregarded, and the service overall was unsatisfactory. I would advise against staying here.

Solo Traveller • Jun 2026I chose Landcorps Hotel Hitech City based on the photos I saw on Google, which appeared clean and upscale. However, my experience during the overnight stay was very disappointing. At check-in, the staff showed me 2-3 rooms, and in each one, I noticed cockroaches on the bed, bedside tables, and floor, which is a serious hygiene and safety concern. I selected the "best" room available, but it still wasn't clean. Given the price, this is unacceptable. First impressions are crucial for any hotel, and Landcorps did not meet expectations. The photos on Google are misleading and do not reflect the actual room condition. If you are booking with family, children, or want a hygienic stay, please reconsider this hotel. Currently, it is neither safe nor clean. The management should urgently address pest control and thorough cleaning. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend this hotel. If you have already booked, consider other hotels in Hitech City to protect your money and health.
